My Treatment Philosophy

Anyone who has experienced overwhelming anxiety wants to make it stop immediately or “get it off” him or her. Unfortunately, this short-term approach just ends up making anxiety worse in the long run. My goal is to help you work toward long-term, sustainable success in overcoming anxiety. We will change the way anxiety attacks your thinking and behaviors and teach you tools to fight back and feel empowered. I realize that facing fear can be a difficult endeavor but it is my job to guide you and support you in this process. We will identify and work toward your goals together.

The fee for an initial evaluation is $225. I am in network with Aetna insurance.
